Since taking office, Rep. Seth Grove has worked to increase transparency in state government. He leads by example by serving openly and ensures his legislative expensive ae readily available to the public. Grove also worked tirelessly to ensure the administration continues to follow the law and answer Right-to-Know requests during state of emergency declarations. He introduced House Bill 2463, which unanimously passed the Legislature, and fought hard to have it become law despite Gov. Tom Wolf’s strong and ill-conceived opposition to it. The law Act 77 of 2020 requires state agencies to answer the public’s questions submitted through Right-to-Know requests.
