WEST MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP – Residents will have an excellent opportunity to learn more about their Second Amendment rights and Pennsylvania’s firearms laws by attending a Concealed Carry Seminar state Rep. Seth Grove (R-Dover) will host at the West Manchester Farmers & Sportsmen’s Association, 4900 Pine Hill Road on Saturday, March 9, from 9 a.m. to noon.
