DOVER – Residents wishing to learn more about their Second Amendment rights and Pennsylvania’s firearms laws are encouraged to attend the Concealed Carry Seminar state Rep. Seth Grove (R-Dover) will host at the West Manchester Farmers & Sportsmans’ Association,
4900 Pine Hill Road on Saturday, Nov. 10, from 9 a.m. to noon.
“This is a great opportunity for all residents to learn more about their gun rights,” Grove said. “The speakers who will lead this important discussion have a wealth of knowledge about the Commonwealth’s concealed carry laws. I encourage all gunowners to attend.”
Attorney Matt Menges will join Grove to discuss Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws. In addition, law enforcement officers will also discuss firearms laws and will answer questions from the audience.
