Grove, Keefer Invite Residents to Informative Concealed Carry Seminar

DOVER – Rep. Seth Grove (R-Dover) and Sen. Dawn Keefer (R-Dillsburg) are teaming up to offer residents the opportunity to learn more about Pennsylvania’s current gun laws during a Concealed Carry Seminar they’ll host in May.

The seminar will be held at the West Manchester Farmers and Sportsmen Association, 4900 Pine Hill Road, on Saturday, May 10, from 9 a.m. to noon. 

The seminar is a great opportunity for residents to learn more about their rights as gunowners and to freshen up on Pennsylvania’s gun laws and the Second Amendment. Attorney Seth Springer will join Grove and Keefer to discuss Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws. In addition, a law enforcement officer will discuss firearms laws and answer questions from the audience.
